CivilTech Group successfully delivered the groundworks and foundations package up to DPC level for a residential development in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The works included excavation, concrete strip foundations, blockwork to damp proof course, installation of underground drainage and service ducts, followed by external works including kerbing, surfacing and road markings. The project was completed safely, to programme, and in full compliance with Building Control requirements, providing a high-quality substructure ready for superstructure construction.
